January is supposed to be the month to reflect on the past and look toward the future. As we ease into 2023 we aren’t doing the typical new year’s resolutions, instead, we are going to live intentionally and create our own practical magic.

In this episode, we’ll discuss the different elements that can be used to work with January’s energy such as the full moon, chakras, and crystals. Together we will perform a small energy healing to usher in the new year.
