Before we made the jump from a captive agency to independent we didn't want to make the mistake we did the first time which was just winging it. Because this time we knew better what we were doing, we were experienced, and if we could just get clear about the business's goals and processes, and be on the same page as a team, we would be unstoppable.  We knew it wouldn't be easy but we knew what we had to do, we had everyone's commitment, and it was very easy to execute when we knew what needed to be done. No one had to make assumptions or even guess how well we were doing because we were following our own system and tracked it all. We tripled the production we had up to that point and everyone was happier. The team was strong and continued to grow and develop as they saw the results of our hard work during those 90 days. And we haven’t looked back since!
