🔹 Session Format:

  • 5 min slow warm-up

  • 5 min medium warm-up

  • 5 min high-intensity prep

  • 10 rounds: 30s ON / 30s OFF

  • AAR (After Action Review): Start / Stop / Continue

This is your arena to test your limiters, slay your monsters, or make friends with them. The focus? Maximum intensity, full presence, and quick recovery.

  • What actually happened?

  • What will you start, stop, and continue next time?
