
Hi everyone! We are back with another session of USTT. With all of the sessions that we have released about relationships, talking about breakups just makes sense. Breakups can be super challenging and it's a topic that we all can relate to. We get into what the healing process can look like during a breakup and how it can be similar to the grieving process. Self-care is also important along the healing journey and therapy can be a great way to kickoff your new self care routine if you are recently getting out of a relationship.
