In today's life we are so put outward, the appearance, the "likes", the position and the much sought after "success", many times make us lose the compass and go down a path that leaves us in a secondary plane , losing the opportunity to lead ourselves and build what we long to be. Instead of thinking about what you want to achieve, it may be time to think about who you want to become in order to achieve all that. 

First it is who we are and then the results come accordingly, for that reason the need for self-leadership is something that I think is essential to be able to address in a responsible and constant way.
