In the latest Episode of Tyrants on the field we breakdown may events in North America, Europe and the Entire world Meta for april 30th- June 2nd looking only at Rated, Singles Events, With 10 or more players. We break down both the North American, and European pieces of the pie and then look at the world aggregate over that time frame with the same restrictions to get a view. Additionally I then talk about power level of models and lists not always being evident from the cards and model selection but some power levels being obscured by needing to see it on the table. As power level of rules can often be over looked or undervalued on paper but come up frequently in actual play patterns that make the rule better. Like wise some rules that are amazing on paper may in practice be less frequently exploitable. We walk through some recent examples in Shadow Flame shard and my own journey of finding greater power level of some of these models in actual play than I was valuing their evaluation on paper.
