Paul Silva is an addiction recovery and life transition coach. He works with professionals to either cut down or cut out their alcohol consumption, helping his clients reevaluate their relationship with alcohol and co-create action plans to help them stay on course so that they can live a life free of anxiety and worry surrounding drinking. Paul has transitioned himself, having gotten sober in 2011 and moved into a new career after 25 years of both drinking and being a chef.
