Eurythmy is a Movement Art of a deeply spiritual origin, using the Etheric (known as chi or qi in Chinese martial arts). It in itself is a pathway to awaken our spiritual faculties. I was one of those highly energetically sensitive children. I retained memory of life before birth. I had regular contact with deeply loving Spiritual Beings. I saw departed loved ones. For me this was 100% normal, and I believed everyone had these kinds of experiences. I had knowings of people's sorrows and often received glimpses of information as I came into contact with them. I soon found out this was not the norm for others, including my own family and I learned over the years to hold back my messages. With these sensitivities often can come paranormal phenomena like sleep paralysis and lucid dreams which can be simply frightening.
