Episode 29 brings us Georges Martin, Chef, and owner-operator of Emil's Bistro and Lounge here in Tullahoma, Tn. Georges grew up in France with a passion for cooking at a young age. After moving to America he found work in the food industry in Atlanta for many years before moving to Tullahoma. Georges gives us many insights into the world of being a chef, as well as, how managing a restaurant during Covid brought about many challenges we still are seeing to this day.
