Feel mad about feeling bad about feeling sad? Your hosts, Nelly and Juno, kick down the doors to face the big, fat elephant in the room - mental health with unfiltered conversations. We're young, badass Asian American women with ADHD who are fed up pretending to be fine, so here’s to cutting the crap. Grab a coffee and join in on the laughs, the cries, and everything in-between as we share our authentic experiences and struggles working, adulting, and occasionally f*cking around through our 20s.

Fighting Anti-Asian Hate Crimes with Henry Zhang, Founder of Dragon Combat Club
We will not stay silent against the anti-Asian hate crimes. Oftentimes when we speak out about our experiences with racism as Asian Americans, we are constantly met with comments aimed at invalidation, division, and erasure. It's as if we have to prove to the world that we too are marginalized, we too are people of color, and that we too are suffering from racism. Instead of playing Oppression Olympics, let's fight racism together.
We chat with Henry Zhang an Asian American with ADHD and on the spectrum who founded Dragon Combat Club to empower the AAPI community and its allies to defend themselves against attacks. The erasure of Asian American suffering from mainstream media and mainstream consciousness coerces us to stay invisible. Feeling fed up with the narrative, Henry became a strong voice for the Asian American community. He talks with us about his experience with mental health and his accidental journey in becoming an activist.
