Journal Prompt + Affirmation Exercise:📝✨
•On the left side of a page, write all the things you’re currently struggling with or doubting
(e.g. “I am not doing well in school,” “I feel stuck,”) 😭
•On the right side, flip each one into a positive affirmation as though it is already true
(e.g. “I am getting all A’s,” “I am growing and making progress,”)🥰
•After you finish, tear out or cut out the positive side, tape or place it on your mirror (or somewhere visible)🪞
•Read it daily, ideally first thing in the morning and/or before bed💤
•Over time, let it rewire your self-narrative and reinforce the positive beliefs💖
