Growing up with a toxic parent can be challenging and often traumatic, but it's a reality for many people.

In some cases, parents aren’t aware of being toxic parents since they are mimicking the same pattern of their parents.

we need to constantly have conversations to spill our needs and wants.

but from my own case, i am still looking for some ways to smooth through the relationship with my parents.
