This episode, I'm joined by trombonist and doctoral student Austin Pancner who runs the account @thefunctionalmusician. We discussed topics regarding physical injuries one can sustain from practicing and performing, and how to properly deal with them. We touched on the importance of knowing your body and how practicing can affect it, as well as factors like dehydration and sleep and where they come into play.
