S02E04: The Enchanting Cultural History of Tiwtiw in Marinduque
Tune in to this fourth episode of #TukoChronicles Season 2 as Prof. EJ Bolata muses about the enigmatic tiwtiw, from its original form as an act of using hunting tools or a spell used for hunting to its present meaning as, 'an anting-anting (amulet) used to attract and enchant animals.' Tiwtiw is used in Marinduque to hunt animals or catch fish. However, as Prof. EJ ponders on, tiwtiw may also be used to enchant and seduce humans as well."
Host/Researcher: Emmanuel Jayson "EJ" Bolata
Informant: Javier Soberano, from Gasan, Marinduque
