In todays episode Zach and I talk about the importance of treating your body right. Look everyone always talks about success is working all day, never skipping the gym, and never sleeping. But the is far from the truth or the correct way to treat your body. Your body needs those recovery tools to repair itself, it isn't a machine that can go all day long. So you need to treat it properly, and use the tools we have today to help your body recover. Don't go in with the mentality that you can just push through the injury. Go get it checked out. It is better to be out for 1-2 weeks compared to being out 1-2 months if you don't treat it correctly. Don't let the ego get in the way, its a game of longevity!
