In this episode we talk about recovery. Look recovery is not the most sexy thing to do in the gym. No one is ever going to hype you up for recovering. But it is so important for your body, and you should try to be doing this stuff daily. There is so many different tools you can use to help yopur body recover, you just need to find what fits best in your routine.
If you aren't taking the proper time to recover, your body is not recharged all the way. This leads to poor progress in the gym, and ultimately is costing you gains. Don't sleep on your recovery it is too important. I hope these ideas we talk about can help you up your recovery game
