We're all worthy of love, but sometimes we get in our own way by self-sabotaging. It can be very easy to allow our insecurities or fears to get in the way of what we all want/ need (connection, security, love, and belonging). On this episode, Dwayne and I discuss how worthiness starts in childhood. We also discuss how a lot of insecurities and fears begin in childhood and then carry into our adult lives and affect our dating lives. We also discuss if our insecurities can be seen as some of our biggest strengths.
