For this second episode of the #TrynaBeSomebody video podcast, we're interviewing Victor Jackson also known as Mr. Glam Rock Soul. So, Victor and I will talk about his journey of seeing (negative) patterns in his life and how he worked through them. We'll talk about his journey of seeking therapy, how he's dealt with depression and grief, and a multitude of other tools he uses to show up as his best self.
