Sierra received the call in January that her mom passed away unexpectedly and she shares the rollercoaster of feelings she's experienced since then. She says her grief is unpredictable, but explains how her friends help her through the rough times. She also gives tips about what *not* to do when a friend is grieving. Hint: Don't make it about yourself!
Sierra tells the story of her sober curious journey, how her mom's death upended her sobriety, and how she comfortably incorporated alcohol back into her life. The 26-year-old content creator from Texas drinks now, but we discuss the rules she's created to keep her drinking in check.
