However, there's hope in the Gospel that Jesus Christ came to save the house of Israel and fulfill the covenant made to the fathers. While it might seem dismal in the face of rampant sin and questionable government actions, the return of Jesus Christ offers hope. He'll be vindicated when he returns, bringing justice to the wicked and solace to the righteous.
