About Heidi

Heidi Esther is a heart and soul explorer, storyteller, author, midwestern momma, and spoiler of all dogs, especially her chestnut-eyed Olive. Her mission is to put guilt in a museum and guide those – who take care of everyone and everything else – to explore within and discover Love, Joy, and Purpose – on their own terms. Because it’s time to put your happiness first.

She resides in Central Illinois with her prankster wife, two eye-rolling teenagers, and two lucky dogs. When she doesn’t have her head in the clouds or a motivational book, she can be found sharing coffee with friends, trying to teach her children the virtues of meditation, making sourdough pancakes, or growing parsley for caterpillars.
