Last Friday, President Trump announced on Twitter that he was ordering the Treasury Department to withdraw new sanctions on North Korea. But as  there were no “additional large-scale sanctions” on North Korea like the ones the President claimed were currently in the works, the tweet sent his staff into a state of confusion according to a report from Bloomberg News.
