We wanted to look into this oddity, but found nothing showing that they have ever been seen so far south. That lead us to a possible fabricated event? What about HAARP? European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association (EISCAT) is the European equivilent located in Norway, Sweeden and Finland. There are actually as many as 8 different facilities around the globe.
