
Part 3/3 This week, we've been covering the theory of PERMA aka the 5 foundations of well-being from Martin Seligman and Positive Psychology. In this episode we cover the last two of the foundations, Meaning and Achievement. I discuss how we create meaning in our work and our lives and how it's connected to our core values. I then segue into achievement and how achieving is the most traditional view of success, but is in need of a modern update. Lastly I summarize the 5 components to a happy, fulfilled life, full of well-being: creating a life of positive emotions, engagement/flow, positive relationships, lots of meaning, and achievements/accomplishments.
