The “Sacred Disease” was a historical name for epilepsy. Here I talk about some interesting overlap between epilepsy, in particular temporal lobe seizures, and aspects of Bipolar disorder. However I do not diagnose Lori Daybell Vallow with either condition, but discuss them as a curious diversion in a review of this case.
