The USDOT announced a comprehensive set of initiatives, pilot programs, and regulatory updates aimed at supporting America’s truck drivers through things like truck parking, elimination of the pending speed limiter mandate, and HOS flexibility. The Texas Supreme Court overturned a $100 million jury verdict and years-long legal battle stemming from a highway accident involving Werner.
