Book Club - Confessions of an Economic Hitman

We are back for another Book Club episode for Season 3 of Trogonomics - by talking about one of the most incredible stories ever told of an economist by author, John Perkins.

Confessions of an Economic Hitman is Brett's favorite of the season and an intense look on how political battles are fought and finessed around the world by economists. This book (a ture story) is one part BOURNE IDENTITY, one part A FEW GOOD MEN, and one part A BEAUTIFUL MIND all wrapped up together.

This was one of Brett's picks for our Book Club, and together, he and Trog walk us through a few incredible stories, best takeaways, thoughts on sharing it with young readers, and some of the more "stop, think, and re-read" moments that pop up in the book.

Whether or not you have read the book already, this episode will hit you like a the S&P 500 on a ten year run!
