The Triforce has been around in the series since the very beginning of the timeline, skyward sword features it heavily, it shows up in pretty much every single 3d zelda game, it's around. Tears of the Kingdom and Breath of the Wild don't put the triforce front and centre BUT I think there's much more to that than meets the eye, I think through TOTK and BOTW we've just been through the age of technology... Or magic in the Legend of Zelda series.
