TRISPORTS: S.5 E.9: Sam Prakel: FORMER ROAD MILE WORLD RECORD HOLDER!!!
In this episode of the podcast I have the honour to be joined by the former Road Mile World Record holder, Sam Prakel. Sam brings us back all the way to his High School days of running, through to running for The University of Oregon where he was 5 time All-American and PAC 12 Champion in 2018. After graduating from college he signed a pro deal with Adidas. Recently Sam set a new Road Mile World Record which was broken in Riga at the World Road Championships in which Sam placed 3rd in the mile. I hope you all enjoy!!!
