In this episode of the podcast I'm joined by Sean Mc Ginley. Sean was part of the Irish u20 team that took home the silver meddal at the European Cross Country Championships in Turin last weekend. Sean and I get into the entire experience over in Turin, from the trouble travelling due to the delays in Dublin Airport to how he felt when stepping onto the start line. We also talk about Sean's outstanding 2021 outdoor track season where he placed first in the 800m, 1500m, and the 3k steeple chase. I hope you all enjoy!!!
