32.5 For to us a child is born (2)

Brothers and sisters, today’s topic of Treasures for the Soul is “For to us a child is born (2).”

Isaiah chapter 9 mentions about a child being born for us, referring to the Lord, who was born as a baby and became a man for us forever. He is God and man at the same time. The Lord’s birth not only affected the generation of His time but the whole eternity. It is written in the Book of Isaiah that of the increase of His government and of peace there will be no end. It also mentions about His justice and righteousness, and the throne of David. It’s so precious that the Lord is coming soon. His love desire in John 17 is for those whom He loves to be with Him where He is. It will surely be gloriously fulfilled.
