About Aimee: Over the past few decades, Aimee Woosnam's life has been characterized by an eating disorder, anorexia. Aimee was a high-achieving student but the stress of final exams, and GCSEs, adversely impacted her and allowed anorexia to take over. When she discovered her passion for running, she was still having issues with limited bone/body strength and dealt with lots of injuries. Fortunately, she has gotten stronger through each obstacle and is now a high-achieving athlete and student. Listen to our talk to learn more about her journey!
