上次我们说到，我在花果山当“美猴王”的时候非常快乐。后来，天上的玉皇大帝还给我一个官职——让我去管理一个桃园。可你说，让我这个猴子去看桃子，不就是故意引诱我犯错吗？
于是我就偷吃了不少仙桃，还破坏了天上的宴会，后来又偷偷吃了太上老君的仙丹。玉皇大帝大怒，把我抓住，丢进太上老君的炼丹炉里烧了四十九天！
结果呢？我不仅没被烧死，反而炼成了“火眼金睛”！从此，我的眼睛能看穿妖魔鬼怪，再厉害的伪装也骗不了我。很多妖怪会变成老人、孩子来骗唐僧，我一眼就能看穿他们，一棒子打回原形！
“火眼金睛” 这个成语，也就是从这儿来的。它的意思是：眼睛特别厉害，看事情特别清楚，能分辨真假。
在现实生活中，我们也需要“火眼金睛”。比如：看到网上广告说“吃了这个药马上变瘦”，听起来很好，其实可能是假的。或者有人打电话说“你中奖了” ，其实是骗子。这时候，你们就要像我孙悟空一样，提高警惕，认真判断，不让坏人得逞。
