Christina Fernández Guzmán is the creator of Self Love Tonic™, a space born from her own journey through anxiety, depression, and struggles with self-worth. After hitting rock bottom in 2019 with only a carry-on suitcase and $500 to her name, she learned that healing isn’t about arriving somewhere—it’s about being patient with yourself and finding moments of peace in the in-between. Through Self Love Tonic, Christina shares gentle tools, soulful wisdom, and honest reflections to support anyone walking a similar path.
A former Clinical Social Worker with a background in Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Christina also brings her expertise as a Certified Breathwork Coach to guide others toward self-awareness and resilience. She is the creator of the Self Love Tonic Guided Journal and the host of The Self Love Tonic Podcast, where she facilitates heartfelt conversations about mental health, self-worth, and holistic wellness.
Christina lives just outside of Nashville with her husband and three-year-old daughter. She loves to paint and play the piano, finding joy, inspiration, and creative energy in the arts, which continue to influence her work and life.
