Welcome to Day 15 of the Returning Daughter 40-Day Fast. Today we meditate on Mark 5:21–34 and the story of the woman with the issue of blood, a daughter who reached out in faith and was healed.
As we sit with this passage, we are reminded that Jesus meets us in the middle of our pain, not after it. We can bring every hidden wound, fear, or unanswered prayer to Him, knowing that His touch still restores and His word still heals.
In this devotion, we reflect together on the holy courage it takes to reach for Jesus when life feels heavy. We remember that He calls us “daughter,” restores our peace, and reminds us that faith still moves Him today.
In this devotion, we reflect on:
How Jesus meets us personally in our suffering
Why faith becomes an act of holy courage in hard seasons
How His healing presence brings peace and restoration
Reflection Question:
What area of our hearts do we need to bring before Jesus in faith and trust Him to heal?
