Hoje vamos tocar em um assunto que parece ser meio espinhoso para profissionais do idioma. Já ouvimos muitos colegas dizendo que educar clientes não é responsabilidade nossa; que devemos prestar os nossos serviços de acordo com as diretrizes e práticas da clientela. Porém, muitos de nós acreditamos que faz parte do processo conscientizar a clientela sobre o que a gente faz, porque muitos clientes não entendem bem como tradução e interpretação funcionam.
