There have been times in my own career when I questioned if I was on the right path, or if I was just going through the motions. It wasn’t until I sat down and really dug into my "why" that things started to make sense again. And that’s exactly what we’re getting into today.   I’m going to get real with you about my own experiences—the good, the bad, and everything in between—because let’s be honest, nursing isn’t always a walk in the park.
