Episode 30: Tangents and Creeks

Welcome to another episode of the Trails of Two Bikes Podcast! After a long weekend at Creek (aka Mountain Creek Resort in NJ) we revisit all the laps, fun, and progress from our time at the park. It was an eventful weekend that included everything from friends, mechanicals, floods, and double blacks. After three days of riding we talk about how we feel, what set us up to have such a great weekend and the importance of both rest and strength training. This one is a little all over the place... So sit back, grab a seat (or a saddle) and come along on another one of our crazy adventures!
