Alyssa Rocco a life coach with Handel Group shares her amazing story of recovery. Born and raised in Boston, this oldest daughter of four grew up in an environment where death was often present (her family owns & operates a funeral home). At an early age, Alyssa searched for ways to escape feelings she didn't quite understand. As a kid, sugar was the solution, in middle school it was dancing, and in high school it was an eating disorder. Once she found Alcohol it gave her all the confidence she needed... Until it no longer worked.
