Stephane Charmot, PhD, PE has been involved with pavement engineering for over 30 years with the last 13 years in Shanghai, China. His experience is related to the implementation of cost effective roadway maintenance and rehabilitation technologies using specialty products and processes with an emphasis on recycling to maximize sustainability.
