
Earlier this year, French-based artist Sonia Verguet was invited for a three-month residency at MeetFactory's Food Studio as a part of a collaboration with CEAAC, a cultural and residency centre in Strasbourg. In an interview with Kateřina Pencová & Piotr Sikora, the curators of MeetFactory's A-i-R programme, Sonia discusses the current culinary turn in arts, food performance, poppy seeds and spa wafers.
