`E kala mai, this is my first attempt at podcasting. Please bear with me as I learn the intricacies of such a media. I have equipment coming that will enhance your future listening experience.

The stories that I share are not an attempt for any of you to come and visit Kauai. As our Mayor, Derek Kawakami, so succinctly put it: "We are on vacation from the world. Our ohana needs to heal!"
