In this eleventh episode of Tour de Table, Frédéric Mérand interviews fellow co-host Jennifer Welsh on her trip to Ukraine as part of the UNHCR Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Protection Expert Group. Together, they discuss the impact of the war on civilians, the status of IDPs in Ukraine, the challenges they face, and the steps being taken to address them.
