Going to therapy, opening up about my mental health & maybe I'm coeliac?

Happy Monday Tater Tots!! In today's epsiode, ya girl opens up about her mental health a bit more & why I've been a bit slow on the socials of late. I finally booked myself in to see a Psychologist (woo!!) and really want to normalise going to therapy and talking about it as someone with a platform. I also dive into my thoughts on thinking I'm undiagnosed ADHD and that all of my gut issues may very well be due to having coeliac disease. Lots to unpack here. Thanks for listening and being the most patient fam ever.
