A blistering heat wave hit Canada and parts of the US this week, sending temperatures to dangerous highs of nearly 50C. That’s the most recent thing you have heard about how bad and how fast the climate change is. Our newspapers and social media are full of it. Climate change is real. We have to act now. 

The good news: We are not alone. We are all in this together. People, communities, cities, businesses, schools, faith groups and other organizations are taking action. We’re fighting like our lives depend on it — because they really do. In a world of more than seven billion people, each of us is a drop in the bucket. But with enough drops, we can fill any bucket.
