Hahaha what is with these last few messages I have been leaving behind? Well honestly, you are probably going to be hearing more of them, and when you hear today's podcast, I think you will have a better understanding as to why my last so many messages have been having a sort of negative tone to them.

Hahahaha I just realized the these last two message I have left behind to you Luna sound like I am talking about negative stuff if you were to look at just the title, but that is not what this is about. Instead I want to tell you what I think would be the best tool(s) to help you navigate some of the negative stuff we have to deal with in life. So lets talk about disagreements and how you can better navigate them. I love you Luna!

Hey everyone! The title in this podcast is not clickbait. I have recently, within the last month, been going through a lot personally and that fact has caused me to go through multiple emotional states of mind every so often. Most of those feelings were negative for such a long time, until last week, something came to my mind that changed all of that. I'm now doing good, so please don't worry, and in today's podcast I share my thoughts on all of this.

Luna stress is something we all have to deal with at some points in our lives. Your father is going through that right now, but don't worry...He is going to be alright! But I do want to talk to you about stress and how your father tries his hardest to minimize his stress as he gets older. I love you so much and you have been so amazing during these stressful times for your father and mother. It means so much for us!

Luna you are the best daughter a father could ever have....I want you to always remember that. You will also have to excuse me getting emotional in the end, but I mean when you listen to why, I think you will know why it was hard for me to keep the tears back. I love you so much!!! Let's talk about goals! 

First you will have to excuse the first two minutes of this podcast. I forgot to adjust the sensitivity of my mic, so it might be a little louder than normal but its not too loud, just not the level I usually record at. Secondly I want to apologize about how late this message is coming out, but I do address that in this podcast as well. Today I talk about the weird reality that exist for me and many other first generation Americans, in which I am 100% genetically Latino, but at the same time I just don't act anything like someone that was born in a Latin Country. 

Luna I am sorry...This message is being recorded late, and in the spirit of that fact, I will be talking to you about something your father and mother are bad at sometimes. And that fact is that we are sometimes late to things, but you'll be proud of what has helped us in recent times. We love you so much Luna!!!!!

Four hundred and eleven podcast...I was able to record that many before finally coming to an end and it has been a blast from the very beginning. In this message to you, I break down why I ended my daily podcast, what my new schedule will be (Wednesday Normal Podcast and Sunday Message to My Daughter), and a solid thank you to all of you that have been listening to me for however long you have been. This podcast isn't going anywhere because it means so much to me, and its because of that fact that I chose to make this change. Catch you all this Sunday for my message to my daughter or next Wednesday for my first weekly longer recording!

I recently got into watching more of those detailed videos by the New York Times I talked about in my podcast about the insurrection that occurred in the Capital. One of the videos caught my attention because it was related to something that occurred where I live, and affected a lot of people I know. That's the Las Vegas Shooting....
