We at Tide 55 have been working with her and her team to help grow online bottle sales and local footfall into the amazing venue that is The Gin Palace.  I wanted to share her story with you. But not just the story she tells everyone that comes in for a drink. I wanted to dig a little deeper into the WHY and the HOW she came to be where she is now.  So in this episode, you will hear how Kate went from being a Teacher, to throwing out her teaching books, having no "job", with 2 young children to look after, and an idea to start making her own gin.
