Together We Grow: Season 1 - Episode 2

Welcome to Episode 2 of "Together We Grow", recorded on the land of the Wiradjuri people, who are the Traditional Custodians of this land.

In this episode, we have the honor of speaking with Kate Murdoch, a former Australian Paralympic rower who was diagnosed with cone-rod dystrophy at the age of four and later declared legally blind at 16. Kate shares her inspiring journey of overcoming obstacles to achieve her personal and professional goals, including starting her own remedial massage and lymphoedema clinic, Resolve Penrith.

Kate's story is a testament to the power of determination and resilience in the face of adversity. We get to hear how she maintains her positive mindset and focus and how she has become a role model for people with disabilities everywhere.
