There are plenty of things in what we see around us to complain about. Don't fall for the lie that God doesn't care or is not at work.
God will do something that you disagree with. God is God and you are not. Don't think that as God's child you will get a free pass on sin. If you have not been godly, you will be accountable for that.
If our love for God is dependent on being on the winning side at all times, we are destined to be disappointed. Instead of focusing on success, comfort, and prosperity, focus on the person of God and your faith in him.
