If you want to toast up with us, we are drinking a Tequila honey bee.
2 oz tequila reposado
1 oz honey syrup (recipe below)
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
mezcal,
2 dash** of Angostura bitters
ice (regular and crushed)
lemon peel garnished.
Add all ingredients except mezcal to shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Rinse glass with mezcal and set to the side add ice to glass. Strain mix into glass. Add to shakes of Bitters on top. Lemon for garnished. Cheers
